Objective To evaluate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods 78 patients with fungal vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine intervention.The symptoms and compliance of vaginitis were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total symptom score of the observation group(10.87±0.52)points was reduced to(2.64±0.47)points,and the total symptom score of the control group(10.90±0.47)points was reduced to(4.93±0.34)points,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The compliance of observation group(97.44%)was significantly higher than that of control group(84.62%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis has significant value,can effectively reduce symptoms,improve patient compliance,the effect is good.
