Evaluation of personalized nursing on the satisfaction of surgical room nursing for patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To study the clinical value of personalized nursing in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 70 patients with uterine fibroids were selected, all of whom required surgical treatment. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received personalized nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in 2 groups were lower than before nursing, and observation group was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the first time of getting out of bed, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing applied to patients with uterine fibroids during surgical treatment can improve negative emotions, promote postoperative recovery, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
