Exploring the value of humanistic care in operating room nursing for patients undergoing uterine artery embolization surgery
Objective To exploring the clinical value of humanistic care applied in the nursing of patients undergoing uterine artery embolization in the operating room.Methods 66 patients who underwent uterine artery embolization treatment and divide them into two groups using a random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)after nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter first anal exhaust time,first time out of bed activity time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing uterine artery embolization has a promoting effect on the improvement of negative emotions and postoperative recovery,reducing the incidence of complications and enhancing nursing satisfaction.
