Evaluation of the effect of holistic nursing model in gestational diabetes patients
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the omni-directional nursing mode in patients with diabetes during pregnancy. Methods 110 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of 55 patients received routine nursing mode, while the observation group of 55 patients received comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin levels)and adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin levels(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.45%VS 21.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode of gestational diabetes patients has good effect, can maintain the stable blood sugar of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
