摘要
目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病患者实施基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)的护理效果.方法 选取2023年2月至2024年2月收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,2023年2～8月实施常规护理的40例患者将其作为对照组,2023年9月至2024年2月实施基于IMB护理模式的40例患者将其作为观察组.对比两组母婴不良结局、血糖控制效果.结果 观察组母婴不良结局发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在妊娠期糖尿病患者中应用基于IMB的护理模式,可以降低母婴不良结局发生率,有效控制血糖水平,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of information-motivation-behavioral skill model(IMB)in nursing care of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected,40 patients receiving routine care from February to August 2023 were selected as the control group,and 40 patients receiving IMB-based care from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation group.Adverse delivery outcomes and blood glucose control effects were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of IMB-based nursing model in patients with gestational diabetes can reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes and effectively control blood sugar level,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
