Objective To study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with threatened premature birth.Methods 65 pregnant women with threatened preterm birth were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=32,receiving routine care)and an observation group(n=33,receiving comprehensive care)using a random number table.Compare the nursing satisfaction,negative emotions,and quality of life between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the comparison of SF-36 scores between groups showed that the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the anxiety and depression of pregnant women with threatened preterm birth,improve the quality of life,and have clinical popularization value.
