Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with threatened premature delivery
Objective To study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with threatened premature birth.Methods 65 pregnant women with threatened preterm birth were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=32,receiving routine care)and an observation group(n=33,receiving comprehensive care)using a random number table.Compare the nursing satisfaction,negative emotions,and quality of life between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the comparison of SF-36 scores between groups showed that the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the anxiety and depression of pregnant women with threatened preterm birth,improve the quality of life,and have clinical popularization value.
