The effect of labor rehearsal on the compliance of primipara in labor care
Objective To analyze the effect of labor rehearsal on the delivery of primipara. Methods 52 cases of primipara were selected and divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group by random sampling method. The reference group was given routine prenatal education, and the rehearsal group was given childbirth rehearsal. The fear, anxiety, depression, delivery mode and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and fear of childbirth scale(CAQ)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the HAMA,HAMD and CAQ scores of the rehearsal group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate and delivery mode compliance in the rehearsal group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Labor rehearsal is of great significance for primipara,it can effectively relieve anxiety, depression, fear and other emotions of primipara, improve natural delivery rate and labor compliance, and is worthy of clinical application.
