The effect of evidence-based nursing on perioperative stress response and postoperative lactation and exhaust in primiparous women undergoing cesarean section
Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on the perioperative stress response and postoperative lactation and exhaust in primiparous women undergoing cesarean section. Methods 102 primipara with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group by coin toss method. The control group received routine perioperative nursing during cesarean section, and the observation group received evidence-based nursing during perioperative nursing during cesarean section. The postoperative stress response, lactation and exhaust were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The lactation time(48.21±4.85)h and the exhaust time(28.16±2.05)h in the observation group were earlier than that in the control group(67.84±6.32)h and(35.81±3.89)h,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the physiological and psychological stress responses of primiparas after cesarean section, and promote postoperative lactation time and exhaust time, which has clinical value.
