Effect of high quality nursing combined with fetal heart monitor in the monitoring of parturient women
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing combined with fetal heart rate monitoring in postpartum women.Methods 70 expectant mothers in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases each,both receiving fetal heart rate monitoring.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received a combination of high-quality nursing intervention in the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had better labor process,delivery method,newborn Apgar score,and incidence of adverse gynecological outcomes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fetal heart monitor and quality nursing in natural delivery can help shorten the labor process,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the quality of birth population and ensure the safety of mother and child.
