Effect of targeted psychological nursing on compliance and negative emotion in patients with gynecological tumors
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted psychological nursing on compliance and negative emotion in patients with gynecological tumors.Methods 98 patients with gynecological tumors were selected as the study objects and were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received targeted psychological nursing.The compliance and negative emotion of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the total score of the treatment compliance,medication compliance,diet compliance,behavioral compliance in the observation group was(87.89±2.69)points,which were higher than(70.41±2.94)points in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were(12.45±2.34)points and(9.21±2.41)points,respectively,which were lower than(19.78±2.89)points and(13.24±2.59)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted psychological nursing intervention can obviously improve the treatment compliance,medication compliance,behavioral compliance and diet compliance of gynecological tumor patients,and maintain relaxation and pleasant mood,improve the rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
