随着海上油气开采的不断深入,模块钻机自动化程度越来越高,开展钻井仪表和电控系统集成优化研究具有重要意义.介绍了海洋模块钻机控制技术现状,并在此基础上进行深入研究,提出了一套以PLC控制技术为基础,将钻井仪表系统、泥浆泵控制系统、绞车电控系统及顶驱电控系统集成为一体化电控系统的优化方案,可为同类海洋模块钻机的设计提供借鉴.
Research on integrated optimization of drilling instrument and electronic control systems for marine modular drilling
With the continuous deepening of offshore oil and gas production,modular drilling rigs are becoming increasingly automated.It is of great significance to carry out research on the integrated optimization of drilling instrument and electronic control systems.This paper introduced the status quo of control technology for marine modular drilling rigs,conducted in-depth research on this basis,and put forward a set of optimization solutions based on PLC control technology,which integrates the drilling instrument system,mud pump control system and the electronic control system of winch into one electronic control system.This can provide reference for the design of similar offshore modular drilling rigs.
