Study on wax deposition characteristics and wax deposition model in condensate pipeline
At present, many scholars believe that condensate pipelines do not need to be pigged, while pipe blocking often occurs in the field pipelines.Based on this, the effects of different oil temperatures, wall temperatures, and oil flow velocities on the wax evolution characteristics of condensate oil are determined by the circumferential experimental device. The accuracy of parameter selection in the kinetic wax deposition rate model is verified by the correlation coefficient matrix and variance expansion factor, and dimensionless parameters are solved by the global optimization method. Finally, the accuracy of the model is verified by field pigging operation. The results show that a larger temperature difference between the oil and wall and a smaller temperature interval result in a larger sediment mass and wax deposition rate, and the oil flow velocity has a critical state on the wax deposition.Asphaltene content has a great influence on wax deposition rate and wax content in sediments.Among the global optimization algorithms, the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm has the smallest error and the highest model accuracy with a model determination coefficient of 0.901 7.The relative error range of the equivalent wax deposition thickness and the model wax deposition thickness is[-18.63%,27.35%],and the average absolute value of the relative error is 6.12%,which proves the accuracy of the prediction results of the kinetic wax deposition model.
