Influence of hydrogen-blended natural gas on gas transmission station venting system
To grasp the influence of the hydrogen-blended natural gas on the venting system of the natural gas station,this paper adopts the ASPEN HYSYS process simulation software to analyze the adaptability of the venting system after the natural gas blends with hydrogen.The results show that the rated discharge amount of the safety valve is always greater than the required discharge amount after the natural gas blends with hydrogen,and the original safety valve can meet the discharge requirements.The hydrogen-blended natural gas ensures the operating temperature of the venting system in the design range and also restrains the low-temperature operation of the venting pipeline.Hydrogen-blended natural gas slightly reduces the back pressure of the safety valve and avoids the back pressure of the safety valve and the operating overpressure of the venting system.The pipe diameter of the venting system after the natural gas blended with hydrogen meets the discharge requirements.With the increase in the hydrogen blending ratio,the radiant heat distance of the flare system gradually decreases.
