摘要

针对复杂海域较大变形海底管道精准测量需求,设计了海底管道变形测量传感采集系统,利用HMI和分布式远程IO进行模块化的测量传感与数据采集,采用Modbus协议并建立星型拓扑的通信网络完成测量数据的可靠传输,实现了变形管道表面三维坐标数据的准确获取;该系统具有测量精度高、响应速度快、工作稳定可靠等优点,适用于各类型复杂海域;目前已应用于某海底管道变形修复项目,现场测量结果准确有效,保障了项目的顺利实施.

Abstract

To serve accurate measurement requirements of submarine pipelines with significant deformation in complex sea areas,a sensing and acquisition system was designed for deformation measurement of submarine pipelines,with HMI and distributed remote IO used for modular measurement sensing and data collection,and Modbus protocol adopted and a star topology communication network established to achieve reliable transmission of measurement data.In this way,3D coordinate data on the surface of deformed pipelines were accurately acquired.Boasting high measurement accuracy,fast response speed,stable and reliable operation,this system is applicable to various types of complex sea areas,and has been applied to a submarine pipeline deformation repair project with accurate and effective on-site measurement results,ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.
