Management and technical innovation analysis of Cezhen Submarine Pipeline Deformation Repair Project
The deformation repair and remediation project of the underwater pipeline in Cezhen matters to the economic and ecological security of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and is of great significance to national energy security and regional economic development.Under harsh construction conditions,by exploring new and better management models and guarantee mechanisms,scientifically allocating management resources,and using the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)method,full lifecycle cost management has been carried out,with the leading role of party building played,achieving comprehensive control of project schedule,quality,safety,environmental protection,cost,and benefits.By conducting research on technologies such as H-shaped post trenching,high-pressure water jet automatic cutting and cleaning,and precise measurement of underwater pipeline deformation,we aim to achieve independent development of key core technologies,upgrading and localization of key equipment.With technical innovation-driven high-quality engineering construction,equipment and process innovation will fully underpin construction based on the use of automation and digital technologies.Summarizing project operation experience,and sorting out management and technical achievements,provide reference and guidance for future construction of offshore oil and gas pipeline maintenance and repair work.
