Innovation and practice in automatic station and regional construction and management of oil&gas pipelines
Based on the implementation of automatic control station model and regional management innovation of oil&gas pipeline corridor belt in northwest China and mountain pipeline in Southwest China,Oil&Gas Control Center continues to promote the building of an integrated operational regulation system based on the principle of"centralized scheduling and decentralized control",and implement per-category management of stations for each pipeline at different levels.Through the demand analysis,function optimization and reliability improvement of each supporting system,the planning and construction objectives and management modes of automatic stations were put in place.Under the operating zone-automatic station management mode,this paper sorted out six operating modes-central stations in the Oil&gas pipeline operating zone,stations near the operating zone,stations in independent operation,automatic stations of liquid pipelines,automatic stations of gas pipelines,and automatic stations.Taking the typical space model of the oil&gas pipeline corridors in northwest China as an example,we went deep into the function characteristics,positioning and site selection modes of central stations(maintenance team)in the operating zone,and accordingly put forward three types of site selection modes-continuous mode(univariate site selection model),discrete model(multivariate site selection model),and expert consulting method,thus exploring a new regional management model for oil&gas stations in oil&gas pipeline corridors suitable for centralized pipeline layout,and strengthening the operating area.This offers a new approach to the operation and management based on"coordinated national network".
