深水导管架平台裙桩套筒局部强度有限元分析

深水导管架平台的裙桩使得平台具有良好的整体承载能力,在海洋油气开发及海上风电开发中发挥着重要作用.导管架专用分析软件SACS并不具备对裙桩套筒这一复杂结构进行局部详细力学分析的功能,而裙桩套筒是连接群桩与导管架主体的关键构件,对导管架结构的稳定性和安全性至关重要.采取SACS专用工程软件结合ABAQUS通用有限元软件开展裙桩套筒强度分析.首先,通过SACS软件对深水导管架整体结构进行静力计算,确保导管架的整体性能满足要求;然后,分别提取整体模型静力分析结果中桩头力、弯矩、剪力以及UC值最大工况下群桩套筒各截断位置的边界条件,输入ABAQUS建立的群桩套筒详细结构有限元模型进行更为准确的局部校核,从而确保了深水导管架平台及裙桩的安全性和稳定性.
Finite element analysis of local strength of deepwater jacket platform skirt sleeve
The skirt pile of the deepwater jacket platform makes the platform have good overall carrying capacity,and plays an important role in offshore oil and gas development and offshore wind power development.An analysis software specifically used in jacket,SACS,cannot conduct local detailed mechanical analysis on the complex structure of the skirt pile sleeve.However,the skirt pile sleeve is the key component connecting the pile group and the jacket body and is crucial to the stability and safety of jacket structure.SACS special engineering software combined with ABAQUS generic finite element software is utilized to carry out the strength analysis of the skirt pile sleeve.Firstly,the static calculation of the overall structure of the deepwater jacket is carried out by SACS software to ensure that the overall performance of the jacket meets the requirements.Then,the pile head force,bending moment,shear force,and the boundary conditions of each cutoff position of the pile group sleeve under the maximum UC condition in the static analysis results of the overall model are extracted respectively,and the detailed structural finite element model of pile group sleeve established by ABAQUS is input for more accurate local check,thus ensuring the safety and stability of the deepwater jacket platform and skirt sleeve.
