BIM技术在天然气处理装置建设中的应用探索

以某大型天然气处理装置建设应用为依托,将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用于大型天然气处理装置全生命周期管理.研究了BIM技术在设计过程中的应用及优势,探讨了基于BIM技术的工厂化预制技术、施工过程4D模拟、施工方案推演优化,以及BIM技术在安全管理方面的应用.BIM技术在实际项目中的应用场景及应用效果显示,该技术能够提升设计质量、工厂预制效率,并可实现可视化施工管理;该技术改变了传统的工程建设管理方式,能够从建设进度、质量、安全等方面全面提升项目管控水平,具有较好的推广应用前景.
Exploration of the application of BIM technology in natural gas treatment plants
Based on the construction and application of a large-scale natural gas treatment plant,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology is applied to the full lifecycle management of large-scale natural gas treatment plan.This study investigated the application and advantages of BIM technology in the design process,and explored the factory prefabrication technology based on BIM technology,4D simulation of construction process,optimization of construction plan deduction,and the application of BIM technology in safety management.The application scenarios and effects of BIM technology in actual projects show that this technology improves design quality,factory prefabrication efficiency,and achieves visual construction management.It has remodeled the traditional engineering construction management and comprehensively improved the project control in terms of construction progress,quality,safety,etc.,thus enabling its good prospects for application.
