临汾致密气集输管网增压方案设计与比选

针对临汾致密气气井产量和压力多样化、部分井口压力低于集输管网压力、管网集输能力受限等影响增产目标的问题,开展了临汾致密气集输管网特性分析和增压方案设计与优选,以提高管网集输能力.通过使用PNS管网仿真软件,建立了涵盖井口、井场、集气站、管道的系统性集输管网仿真模型,模型校准后展开致密气集输管网特性分析,确定了管网集输瓶颈与增压位置,然后就不同的增压模式、增压参数、增压方案进行仿真计算,最后从工艺适应性、经济性、设备选型等角度考虑,优选得出了临汾致密气集输管网的最佳增压方案,即在永宁1南干线大吉-平18支线、永宁2北干线大吉1-9支线进行线节点增压,该方案最适合临汾致密气的生产现状,增压效果最佳.
Design and comparison of pressurization schemes for Linfen tight gas gathering and transportation network
In response to problems affecting the production increase target such as the diversification of production and pressure of tight gas wells in Linfen,the pressure of some wellheads lower than that of the gathering and transportation network,and the limited capacity of gathering and transmission network,a characteristics analysis of tight gas gathering and transportation network,along with the design and optimization of pressurization schemes,is carried out to improve the gathering and transportation capacity of the pipeline network.With PNS pipeline network simulation software,a systematic simulation model of the gathering and transportation network is established covering wellheads,well sites,gas gathering stations,and pipelines.After model calibration,the network characteristics are analyzed to determine the network gathering and transportation bottleneck and the pressurization position.Simulating calculations are conducted in terms of different pressurization modes,parameters,and schemes.Finally,concerning technological adaptability,economy,and equipment selection,the optimal pressurization scheme of Linfen tight gas gathering and transportation network comes into being,which means pressurizing the pipeline nodes in the Daji Ping18 branch line of Yongning 1 south trunk line and the Daji 1-9 branch line of Yongning 2 north trunk line respectively.The scheme suits best for the production status of tight gas in Linfen with the best pressurization effect.
