摘要
随着生产需求的逐步扩大,大容积反应釜在化工行业应用也越来越广泛.针对产能过于受限、反应温度不均匀、传热效率不高等生产难题,通过设计优化,改进了循环系统、温控系统和搅拌系统.现场测试证明改进后的大容积反应釜取得了良好的应用效果.归纳了30 m³固井外加剂反应釜在生产过程的安装实践和应用经验,并对大容积反应釜安装和调试过程中的注意事项提出了意见和建议.
Abstract
With the gradual expansion of production demand,large-volume reactors are also more and more widely applied in the chemical industry.To solve the problems of limited production capacity,uneven reaction temperature,inefficient heat transfer and so on,the field testing proves that the revised large-volume reactor reaches a prime effect by optimization for its design,which optimizes the circulation,temperature control,mixing system,and other processes.Therefore,the installation practice and application experience of a 30 m³ cementing additives reactor in the production process is summarized.Comments and suggestions on the precautions to be taken in the process of installation and commissioning of large-volume reactors are made as well.
