为预防自升式钻井平台海水电化学腐蚀带来的金属结构伤害,在钻井平台生命周期有效保护桩腿和桩靴,需要选择合理的牺牲阳极类型及数量.从牺牲阳极的更换时间、阴极保护的确定、牺牲阳极的选择及牺牲阳极数量的计算四个方面进行了介绍,结合海上移动式平台检验规则,对不同位置的保护对象分别进行了计算.研究表明,结合坞检时间,通过计算设计可以选择出不同保护对象对应的标准牺牲阳极类型及数量.
Application and research of sacrificial anode of spud legs and spud cans of jack-up drilling platform
To protect the metal structure of the jack-up drilling platform from being damaged by seawater electrochemical corrosion,the spud legs and spud cans of the platform should be effectively protected during its life cycle by reasonably determining the type and quantity of their sacrificial anode.This paper primarily consists of four parts:the calculation of the replacement time for the sacrificial anode,the determination of the cathodic protection,the selection of the sacrificial anode,and the calculation of its quantity.Protected objects in different positions are calculated separately,with inspection rules for the offshore mobile platform taken into consideration.The study shows that the standard sacrificial anode type and its standard quantity for different protected objects can be determined through computational calculation,in view of the time for docking survey.
