摘要

海底管道检测数据管理是智慧管道建设的重要组成部分.地理数据库是数据管理的基础,将海底管道路由区要素按照线性参考系统转换为矢量格式,并生成线性参考字段属性表,然后将要素添加到地理数据库中,赋予其投影系统和度量单位,形成海底管道路由要素数据管理系统的基础.基于二次开发平台ArcEngine10.2,在.NET环境下使用C#语言开发了海底管道路由要素可视化管理系统.该系统实现了海底管道检测数据的可视化浏览、快速查询、空间关系分析、统计分析、数据提取等管理分析功能,提高了数据分析效率,可为海底管道的完整性管理、风险分析等提供科学、可靠的基础数据.

Abstract

The management of inspection data of submarine pipelines is important for building smart pipelines.To establish a geographic database,the basis of data management as well as the data management system for submarine pipeline route elements,this paper converts the route area elements into vector formats according to the linear reference system and generates a linear reference field attribute table of the elements before adding them into the geographic database which is then given a projection system and measurement units.Based on the secondary development platform ArcEngine 10.2,a visual management system for submarine pipeline route elements is developed using C# language in the.NET environment.This system enables management and analysis functions such as visual browsing,fast querying,spatial relationship analysis,statistical analysis,and data extraction of submarine pipeline inspection data,improving data analysis efficiency and providing a reliable foundation for integrity management and risk analysis of submarine pipelines.
