基于LS-DYNA研究输电铁塔倒塌对临近埋地输气管道冲击影响

为了研究高压输电塔倒塌产生的冲击对临近埋地输气管道的影响,以交叉敷设的某110kV高压输电塔与某输气管道为研究对象,采用LS-DYNA软件模拟计算管道受输电塔倒塌冲击产生的应力、位移、移动速度的变化规律.研究表明,加管沟保护后管道的最大等效应力减少约26.89%、最大总位移减少约48.60%、最大总压力减少约30.61%、最大总速度减少约44.57%,其保护效果显著.
Impact of transmission tower collapse on adjacent buried natural gas pipelines based on LS-DYNA
To study the impact of high-voltage transmission tower collapse on adjacent buried natural gas pipelines,a 110 kV high-voltage transmission tower and a gas transmission pipeline that are cross laid were studied.LS-DYNA software is applied to simulate and calculate the stress,displacement,and moving velocity of the pipeline caused by transmission tower collapse.The results show that with the protection of the pipe duct,the maximum equivalent stress,the maximum total displacement,the maximum total pressure,and the maximum velocity are reduced by 26.89%,48.6%,30.61%,and 44.57%respectively.The protective effect is very remarkable.
