The special environment of downhole operations located in offshore platforms puts forward higher requirements for the acceptance of materials,the final link in the procurement process.Material acceptance is crucial for the quality management of the whole procurement process and significant in ensuring the quality of the procured materials.Qualified materials are an important guarantee for the quality and safety of downhole operations of offshore platforms.Therefore,after analyzing and summarizing the problems of quality management in the acceptance of materials for downhole operations,this paper proposed specific countermeasures,including establishing documented acceptance rules,selecting applicable acceptance methods,and improving the professional ability of acceptance personnel,aiming to explore more suitable methods for accepting materials for downhole operations.
