摘要
为保障文昌9-7油田开发项目按期投产,通过导管架常规滑道建造方案与中心桁架非滑道建造技术比选,创新性地采用了中心桁架非滑道建造技术,仅用5个月的时间完成了16 000 t级导管架的总装工作,极大地缩短了导管架建造总装周期,有效保障了文昌9-7导管架按期建造完工装船出海.通过场地布置及建造方案研究、中心桁架运输方案研究和风险控制措施研究,确保了文昌9-7导管架中心桁架非滑道建造方案的有效实施.该技术可极大节省导管架建造对于滑道资源的占用,相较于传统滑道建造技术,非滑道建造技术具备的优点主要有:施工周期短,可提高工程进度;成本较低,可降低工程投资;施工精度高,可保证建造质量.
Abstract
This study aimed to ensure the timely productionof the Wenchang 9-7 oilfield development project.Compared with the traditional slide construction technology,the center truss non-slide construction technology was creatively adopted to the Wenchang 9-7 jacket.It took only5 months to complete the final assembly of the 16,000-ton pipeline rack,which greatly shortenedthe construction and final assembly cycle of the jacket and effectively ensured the timely completion and shipment of the Wenchang 9-7 jacket to the sea.Site layout and construction,shipment schemes for central truss,and risk control measures were studied to ensure the feasibility of non-slide construction schemes.The technology can greatly reducethe slide resources used by jacket construction.Unlike the traditional slide construction technology,the non-slide one is shorter in the construction cycle to expedite the process,lower in cost to reduce the investment,and higher in precision to guarantee quality.
