浅海弃置固定式海洋平台再用于风力发电技术研究

为实现埕岛油田弃置平台再利用和海上能源低碳开发,通过埕岛海域风能资源可用性评估研究、弃置平台承载能力时效性和加固技术研究、风力发电接入现有油田电网方案的影响研究,形成了浅海弃置固定式海洋平台改造成风力发电平台再利用技术体系.研究表明:埕岛油田海域风能资源丰富,具备弃置固定式平台改建风力发电平台的资源条件;桩基承载力不足是制约弃置固定式平台改建为风力发电平台的关键因素;建立的桩基加固技术可提高弃置平台的桩基承载能力.通过弃置平台安装可行性及经济性研究,证明对部分承载能力较高的埕岛海域浅海弃置固定式海洋平台改造成风力发电平台,并借助已有电缆接入就近的海上变电站,从工程技术、经济和电网运行上都具有可行性.
Wind power reuse technology of fixed offshore platform abandoned in shallow sea
To reuse the Chengdao abandoned platform and develop offshore energy in a low-carbon manner,the feasibility of wind energy resources in Chengdao Sea was evaluated,the bearing capacity timeliness and strengthening techniques of the abandoned platform was studied,and the influence of introducing wind power generation into the existing power grid in the oil field was discussed.Therefore,a reuse technique system was shaped into being to transform the fixed offshore platform abandoned in the shallow sea into a wind power generation platform.The results show that with rich wind power resources,the Chengdao Sea is suitable for the abandoned fixed platform to be transformed into a wind power generation one.The deficient bearing capacity of pile foundation is a major limitation for the transformation.The established pile foundation reinforcing technology could improve the bearing capacity of the platform.The feasibility and economy study of the abandoned platform has proved that it is feasible,either in engineering,economy,or power grid operation,to transform part of fixed offshore platforms abandoned in shallow sea with high bearing capacity into wind power generation ones,and access them to nearby marine transformer substations via existing cables.
