注水井井口增压增注技术研究与应用

针对华北油田第三采油厂注水井欠注问题中单井油压高、注水困难的问题,通过对常见的增压泵和增压方式进行优选,并利用物联网云技术,形成智能化井口增压注水系统.筛选得到的往复泵利用活塞交替进行吸入和排出,以曲柄连杆机构驱动,有效压头高,能够满足注水井的高压注入需求,适用于输送小流量、高压力、高黏度的液体;井口增压中单泵对单井注入,技术参数易于匹配,工况状态接近,对注水井启动压力抬高的适应性强,易于达到最佳的能量利用状态,且减少了注水泵与注水井之间的能量损耗,避免了注水管网大规模的提压改造,适用于注采效果好、区域系统管线更换成本高的边缘零散井;局部增压在计量站或阀组间注水压力的基础上进行二次增压,增压范围以最高油压井为依据,适用于局部区域管线承压强、相对独立的注水困难井集中且数量较多的区块.针对增压泵运行可靠性要求高、管理难度大的难题,进行智能化井口增压注水系统设计,利用物联网云技术,将增压注入、安全保护、数据采集、自动调控、远程监控等集成为一体,可以实现无人值守.
Research and application of boosting and increasing injection technology at wellhead of water injection wells
In response to the high oil pressure of a single well and difficulty in water injection in the third oil production plant of North China Oilfield,an intelligent wellhead boosting water injection system was formed by optimizing common boosting pumps and boosting methods,and utilizing IoT cloud technology.The selected reciprocating pump utilizes pistons for alternating suction and discharge,driven by a crank connecting rod mechanism,with a high effective pressure head,which can meet the high-pressure injection requirements of water injection wells.It is suitable for transporting small flow rates,high pressure,and high viscosity liquids.In wellhead pressurization,a single pump is injected into a single well with easy matching of technical parameters and close working conditions.It has strong adaptability to increasing the starting pressure of the injection well and is easy to achieve the best energy utilization state.It also reduces energy loss between the injection pump and the injection well,avoiding large-scale pressure boosting transformation of the injection pipeline network.This method is suitable for edge scattered wells with good injection and production effects as well as the high cost of replacing regional system pipelines.Local pressurization is a secondary pressurization based on the water injection pressure between metering stations or valve groups.The pressurization range is based on the highest oil pressure well and is suitable for areas with strong pipeline pressure,relatively independent water injection difficulties and a large number of blocks.In response to the high reliability requirements and management difficulties of booster pumps,an intelligent wellhead booster water injection system was designed.With IoT cloud technology,booster injection,safety protection,data collection,automatic control,remote monitoring,etc.are integrated to achieve unmanned operation.
