从油气管网工程建设行业存在的实际问题出发,在分析油气管网智能工程建设内涵特征的基础上,结合其他行业智能体系发展经验,构建了一套油气管网智能工程建设理论体系框架.该框架以基础理论为指导,遵循科学的发展模式,制订合理的实施途径,通过技术体系、数据体系与标准体系的整合,围绕建设期数字孪生模型,逐步实施勘察设计、物资采购、工程施工及建设管理四大业务领域的智能化应用,最终实现油气管网工程高效、安全建设,以及交付优质、智能油气管网工程的总体目标.
Theoretical framework of intelligent engineering construction of oil and gas pipeline network
This study focuses on the actual problems in the oil and gas pipeline network engineering construction industry.Based on an analysis of the connotations and characteristics of intelligent engineering construction of oil and gas pipeline networks,a theoretical framework is established with experiences from intelligent system development in other industries.This framework is guided by foundational theories,conforms to the scientific development mode,and plans reasonable ways of implementation.With the integration of technology systems,data systems and standard systems,the digital twin model during the construction phase is centered around.Intelligence is applied in four business areas:investigation design,materials procurement,construction,and project management.Ultimately,the overall goal is achieved as an efficient and safe construction is ensured and a high-quality and intelligent engineering of the oil and gas pipeline network is delivered.
