Application of advanced work package in international jacket project
The international jacket project is split into several work packages by precision,and data including workload,technical information,and material information are managed digitally to improve construction efficiency.In light of the design phase,procurement phase,and construction phase,the task is identified and broken down so that the production demand and production resources are matched to form an advanced work package.With factor analysis and stable matching algorithm as the focus,MATLAB is employed for advanced work package creation to manage design,procurement,and construction.Based on the North American Marine Terminal Jacket project,the advanced work package management can effectively identify the contradiction between demand and resources,rationally allocate production resources,ensure the parallel of multiple modules,reduce the impact of production load fluctuations on the production line,and cut down the comprehensive production cost.
