间接式电加热器电热管不直接与流体接触,热量通过导热油及套管传递给流体,此方式具有耐腐蚀、密封性好、设备寿命长等优点.间接式加热器首次应用于北部湾海上采油平台,在调试运行阶段因流量波动过大引起设备超温关停.根据平台实际使用情况,从设备原理及控制系统两方面对该问题进行诊断分析,并提出对设备输出功率与PID控制器各项参数进行调整的解决方案,实现了对井液出口温度准确且平稳的控制;同时,能够有效调控设备内部温度,确保设备平顺运行,温度控制更为准确.
Diagnosis and analysis of abnormal shutdown fault of indirect electric heater controlled by PID and its countermeasures
The electric heating tube of electric heaters does not direct contact with the fluid,transferring the heat through the heat transfer oil and sleeve.This method has the advantages of corrosion resistance,good sealing,and long equipment life.The indirect heater was first applied to the offshore oil production platform in the Beibu Gulf,resulting in the over-temperature shutdown of the equipment due to excessive flow fluctuations during the commissioning and operation phase.Based on the actual usage in the platform,this paper analyzes this problem from both the equipment principle and control system aspects and proposes a solution relying on the adjustment of the output power of the equipment and all parameters of the PID controller,accurately and stably controlling the outlet temperature of the well fluid.Moreover,this solution can effectively regulate the internal temperature of the equipment to ensure smooth operation and more accurate temperature control.
