漂浮+顶驱下套管技术在大港油田赵东CP3-D18-XX井中的应用

大港油田赵东CP3-D18-XX井为一口水平生产井,其中完钻井深3 064m,水平位移2 288m,ϕ244.5 mm套管下入至2 998.69 m.该井311.1 mm井眼裸眼段长,井眼轨迹复杂且清洁困难,导致套管下入摩阻大,套管下入悬重不足,采用常规下套管方式无法下入到位.结合漂浮下套管与顶驱下套管工艺的特点,采用漂浮+顶驱下套管工艺技术,完成ϕ244.5 mm套管下入工作.通过现场应用及评价,在常规下套管方法不满足施工要求时,推荐在水平井中采用漂浮+顶驱下套管工艺,不仅可以克服套管下入摩阻大、大勾载荷不足等问题,在遇阻时还可快速旋转活动套管,极大降低了下套管黏卡风险,保障了现场作业安全.
Floating and top drive casing running for CP3-D18-XX in Dagang Zhaodong Oilfield
CP3-D18-XX,a horizontal production well in Dagang Zhaodong Oilfield,has a total depth of 3 064 m and a horizontal displacement of 2 288 m,with the setting depth ofϕ244.5 mm casing reaching 2 998.69 m.Due to the long open hole with a diameter of 311.1 mm,complex borehole trajectory,and the difficulty in hole cleaning,the casing running process encountered high friction resistance and insufficient suspended load,failing to succeed using the conventional method.The technologies of floating and top drive casing running were combined for ϕ244.5 mm casing running.The on-site application and evaluation show that this comprehensive technology is recommended when conventional casing running methods cannot meet the operation requirements.It can not only overcome problems such as high resistance and insufficient hook load of casing running but also quickly rotate retrievable casings to reduce the risk of casing sticking,ensuring the safety of on-site operation.
