摘要

赵东C/D区块D67井水平段筛管统一开采,因出砂而关闭,在其井眼内开窗侧钻C25-XX水平井,以继续开发明化镇组油藏.介绍了该井在244.5 mm套管内开窗侧钻技术,施工中利用旋转地质导向技术避免滑动钻进的风险,提高了机械钻速;利用LWD/MWD随钻测井技术和Azitrack油藏地质导向系统控制井眼轨迹,提高了油藏钻遇率和入靶精度;采用优质钻井液来提高井眼清洁等配套技术;采用XPS-CUS-HR-X1液压旋转尾管悬挂器与封隔器系统解决长水平段摩阻大、下套管难等问题.该井于10月11日开钻,10月20日完钻,完钻井深2 635 m,油层钻遇率较设计提高了2%.该井的成功施工经验可为同类井施工提供借鉴.

Abstract

The horizontal section of well D67 in Zhaodong C/D Block is produced uniformly in the whole screen section.The well is closed because of sand.Therefore,sidetracking is employed in the hole of the C25-XX horizontal well to continue the development of the Minghuazhen reservoir.In this study,window sidetracking technology is introduced in 244.5 mm casing.During construction,rotary geo-steering technology is used to avoid the risk of slide drilling,improving penetration rate.LWD/MWD technology and Azitrack reservoir geo-steering system are employed to control the wellbore trajectory and to improve the drilling footage and target-entry accuracy of the well.XPS-CUS-HR-X1 hydraulic rotating liner hanger&packer system is used to solve the problems of large friction in long horizontal sections and running casing.The well was drilled on October 11 and completed on October 20.The depth of the well is 2 635 m,and the drilling footage of the reservoir is 2%higher than the design.Experiences from the successful construction of this well can be a reference for similar situations.
