Comprehensive application of drilling speed improving technology in GT1 well
With the expansion of oil and gas exploration and development to deeper layers,the formation is becoming more complex,and drilling is also more difficult.The main manifestations are complex geological conditions,poor formation drillability,difficulty in pressurizing drill bits,and high requirements for high-temperature resistance of downhole tools.Especially,in ancient deep formations,low rate of penetration seriously restricts deep well drilling speed,increasing construction costs.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to improve the rate of penetrationin difficult-to-drill formations.GT1 well is a key risk exploration well.In response to the technical difficulties in the construction of this well,the drilling speed has been effectively improved through the comprehensive application of measures such as casing program optimization,combined application of deviation control drilling tool,personalized PDC drill bit design,and acceleration tool selection,setting multiple construction records.
