南海天然气水合物深水浅层水平井下套管钻井液技术

以中国南海某海域的一口深水浅层高造斜率水平井施工项目为例,介绍了深水浅软地层高造斜率水平井的下套管方式与下套管期间的钻井液技术优化方案.该井为首次在深水采用无隔水管的浅层水平井下套管的方式施工.对于深水无隔水管的套管下入,套管在送入钻具接近井口时最容易发生塑性弯曲,井眼质量和钻井液润滑性能是成功下入的关键.工程实践表明,低温双抑制性钻井液体系适用于该井的钻完井作业,其在井眼清洁、井眼稳定、润滑性及防止水合物生成与分解等各方面都有良好表现.对比常规井,深水浅层高造斜率水平井套管的下入应特别注意上层套管内"铁-铁"硬摩擦的减阻措施,实践证明,固体润滑剂比液体润滑剂效果更佳.
Drilling fluid technology for horizontal well casing running in deep water shallow soft strata of South China Sea gas hydrates
Taking the construction project of a high-building rate horizontal well in a certain sea area of the South China Sea as an example,this paper introduces the casing running method for high-building rate horizontal wells in deep water shallow soft strata,as well as the optimization plan for drilling fluid technology during the casing running.It is the first time that a casing running without a riser has been successfully applied in a deep water shallow horizontal well.For casing running in deep water without a riser,plastic bending is most likely to occur when the casing is delivered near the wellhead.The wellbore quality and the lubrication performance of the drilling fluid are the key to successful casing running.Engineering practice has shown that the low-temperature dual-inhibition drilling fluid system is applicable for drilling and completion of the well.It has good performance in various aspects such as wellbore cleaning,wellbore stability,lubricity,and prevention of formation and decomposition of hydrate.Compared to conventional wells,special attention should be paid to drag reduction measures for the"iron-iron"hard friction between the upper casing when running casing in deep water shallow high-building rate horizontal wells.Practice has shown that solid lubricants have much better effects than liquid lubricants.
