摘要

井漏是钻井过程中常见的复杂情况之一.长期以来,钻井中对于井漏的预防和处置主要集中在钻井液方面,钻具方面采取的应对措施较少.通过对比常规堵漏和钻井循环旁通阀堵漏工艺,开展SWACO和PBL两类钻井循环旁通阀工作原理和参数对比,在KT1井钻井过程中优选使用SWACO循环堵漏阀,实现了堵漏时不起钻和一次入井多次开关的目的,有效节约了因漏失导致的起下钻时间,提高了作业效率,也降低了漏转喷的井控风险.

Abstract

Lost circulation is a complex situation frequently seen in drilling.Drilling fluid has been the main prevention and disposal of lost circulation during drilling while there are relatively few measures taken on drilling string.SWACO drilling circulation bypass valve is selected in the drilling of KT1 well after the comparison between conventional plugging and drilling circulation bypass valve,as well as working principles and parameters between two kinds of drilling circulation bypass valve,SWACO,and PBL.Through the employment of SWACO,no pulling out is required during plugging,and repetitive switch is realized in a single operation,efficiently avoiding time waste of tripping and bit changing due to leakage,increasing operation efficiency,and reducing the well control risk of lost circulation to blowout.
