摘要
负载敏感变量泵能够按照负载需求控制泵输出的压力和流量,无负载时处于待机状态,具有节能、效率高、使用寿命长等优点,在海洋钻井平台装备中得到广泛应用,如吊机、JJC液压站等.以海洋钻井平台吊机力士乐A10负载敏感轴向柱塞变量泵为例,介绍变量泵的组成结构及阀块功能,分析柱塞泵的工作原理、调节方法,利用AMEsim液压仿真软件对负载敏感变量泵进行建模、仿真,分析并验证海洋钻井平台吊机常见的液压操作控制系统无压力、吊机不工作、吊机主钩运行速度慢、吊机副钩或主钩吊不动负载等故障,并给出相应的解决方法.
Abstract
Load sensitive variable pumps can control the pressure and flow rate of pump output according to load requirements,and can stay in standby mode when there is no load.With advantages such as energy saving,high efficiency,and long service life,they are widely used in offshore drilling platform equipment,such as cranes and JJC hydraulic stations.Taking the offshore platform crane's Rexroth A10 load sensitive axial piston variable pump as an example,this paper introduces the composition structure and manifold block function of the variable pump,and analyzes the working principle and adjustment method of the piston pump.Then,AMEsim hydraulic simulation software is used for load sensitive variable pump modeling and simulation.At last,common faults of offshore cranes,including no pressure in the hydraulic operation control system,crane failure,slow operation of the crane's main hook,and load lifting failure of the auxiliary or main hook,are analyzed and verified and resolutions are given.
