Applications of domestic tension sensor in the AT40.000/E anchor winch
Anchor winch is mainly used for drilling platform towing and positioning."CPOE 17"drilling platform was equipped with 4 AT40.000/E anchor winch.In operation,tension sensor failure resulted in an alarm,disturbing operation.After replacing the tension sensor with a domestic one,equipment reliability was improved and the equipment maintenance period was reduced.This paper introduced the functions of the anchor winch,analyzed reasons that caused tension sensor failure,and listed cautions in the electrical and mechanical installation of the anchor winch's tension sensor.Finally,operation methods of zero tonnage calibration and load calibration of the anchor sensor were introduced in detail.This paper can provide a reference for quick resolution of on-site maintenance.
