摘要
为确保海上钻井平台生活污水的达标排放,需强化海上钻井平台现场生活污水处理系统的运行管理.在简要介绍海上钻井平台生活污水处理系统的基础上,详细论述了影响生活污水达标排放的主要因素,包括原污水的水质、pH值、油脂、冲洗水温度、冲洗水水量控制、现场人员管理等,据此指出了目前海上钻井平台生活污水处理未能达标排放的主要原因,并有针对性地提出钻井平台现场生活污水处理运行管理的办法.最后提出,为进一步降低海上钻井平台生活污水的处理成本,可对零排放海域的生活污水进行回收处理.
Abstract
To ensure the standard discharge of domestic sewage from offshore drilling platforms,it is necessary to strengthen the operation and management of on-site domestic sewage treatment systems on offshore drilling platforms.This paper briefly introduces the domestic sewage treatment system of offshore drilling platforms.Based on this,the main factors affecting the standard discharge of domestic sewage are discussed in detail,including the water quality,pH value,grease,temperature of flushing water,control of flushing water volume,and management of on-site personnel.The main reasons for the current failure to meet the standard discharge of domestic sewage treatment on offshore drilling platforms are pointed out.In addition,the targeted measures for the operation and management of on-site domestic sewage treatment on drilling platforms are proposed.Finally,the paper proposes that the domestic sewage from zero-discharge sea areas can be recycled and treated to further reduce the treatment cost of domestic sewage from offshore drilling platforms.
