基于响应特性的阀片故障诊断方法研究

往复式压缩机阀片响应具有高冲击、强噪声的特点.为了解决基于激励的故障诊断方法难以适用于压缩机阀片泄漏故障诊断的问题,提出一种基于响应特性的往复式压缩机阀片泄漏故障诊断方法.以电机定子电流信号作为激励信号,振动加速度信号作为响应信号,分析激励和响应特性,利用集合经验模态分解(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,EEMD)对响应信号进行特征提取.实验模拟了阀片不同程度的泄漏故障,基于响应特性对支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)分类效果进行了实验.实验结果表明,基于响应特性的故障诊断方法具有较好的SVM分类效果.
Research on the valve plate fault diagnosis method based on excitation diagnosis
The response of the valve plate of a reciprocating compressor shows high impact and strong noise.In order to solve the problem that incentive based fault diagnosis methods were difficult to apply to compressor valve leakage fault diagnosis,a response characteristic based reciprocating compressor valve leakage fault diagnosis method was proposed.Using the motor stator current signal as the excitation signal and the vibration acceleration signal as the response signal,the excitation and response characteristics were analyzed.Features from the response signal were extracted by using ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD).Different degrees of valve leakage faults were simulated.And experiments on the classification performance of support vector machine(SVM)based on response characteristics were performed.The experimental results show that the fault diagnosis method based on response characteristics has good SVM classification performance.
