Integrated unit design of electromagnetic power components for quasi-Z-source resonant converters
The quasi-Z-source resonant converter has received wide attention in the field of photovoltaic power generation because of its excellent characteristics such as large input voltage range, flexible boost-buck conversion and high conversion efficiency. However, this resonant converter contains many electromagnetic power components, which have the problems of large size and low power density. The flexible multilayer strip integration technology is adopted and the integrated unit is simulated and analyzed, and the simulation results show that the maximum total magnetic flux density of the integrated unit during operation is 0.33 T,which is smaller than the saturation density of the magnetic core of 0.47 T.Such a result verifies the reasonability of this design.
