目的 探讨"效期管家"小程序在我院病区抢救车管理中的应用效果.方法 将抢救车内药品耗材的效期信息录入微信"效期管家"小程序,并设置到期提醒功能,同时在医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)系统里增加药品效期和一次性耗材效期的清单显示功能,比较使用前后6个月的效果.结果 建立"效期管家"小程序报警系统,可提升抢救车的管理质量、缩短清点时间,提高护士的满意度,与实施前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 抢救车运用"效期管家"小程序管理,可提高抢救车管理工作的质量和效率,优化护士工作流程,保证患者的诊疗安全,提高医院管理水平.
Application of the"Expiration Butler"applet in improving the quality of ambulance management in the ward
Objective To explore the efficiency of the"Expiration Butler"applet in the management of ambulances in our hospital.Methods The department entered the expiration date information of the drug consumables in the ambulance vehicle into the WeChat"Expiration Butler"applet,set the expiration reminder function,and added the list display function of the expiration date and the expiration date of disposable consumables in the hospital HIS system to compare the effects of 6 months before with those after the application.Results The establishment of the"Expiration Butler"applet alarm system improved the management quality of ambulances,shortened the counting time,and improved the satisfaction of nurses.The differences were statistically significant when comparing the data before with that after the application(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the"Expiration Butler"applet management can improve the quality and efficiency of ambulance management,optimize the workflow of nurses,ensure the safety of patients'diagnosis and treatment,and improve the level of hospital management.
