A clinical study on the Myosure hysteroscopic tissue resection system combined with pituitrin in the treatment of endometrial polyps
Objective To analyze the advantages of using the Myosure hysteroscopic tissue resection system(Myosure hysteroscopic planing system)during the treatment of endometrial polyps in patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial polyps were selected to receive treatment in our hospital between January 2021 and June 2022.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The corresponding treatment plans for the Myosure hysteroscopy planing system and hysteroscopy electrosection were provided separately. The surgical-related indicators, evaluate effectiveness, and statistically analyze of the occurrence of complications of the 2 groups were collected and compared. Results The observation group had a shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, and a shorter hospitalization time compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The observation group had better total effective rate, which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications in either group, and the differences was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps, the use of the Myosure hysteroscopic cutting system ensures smooth and safe surgery, reduces intraoperative bleeding, and enhances overall treatment efficacy.
