Objective To analyze the advantages of using the Myosure hysteroscopic tissue resection system(Myosure hysteroscopic planing system)during the treatment of endometrial polyps in patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial polyps were selected to receive treatment in our hospital between January 2021 and June 2022.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The corresponding treatment plans for the Myosure hysteroscopy planing system and hysteroscopy electrosection were provided separately.The surgical-related indicators,evaluate effectiveness,and statistically analyze of the occurrence of complications of the 2 groups were collected and compared.Results The observation group had a shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,and a shorter hospitalization time compared with the control group(all P＜0.05).The observation group had better total effective rate,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P＜0.05).There were no serious complications in either group,and the differences was no statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps,the use of the Myosure hysteroscopic cutting system ensures smooth and safe surgery,reduces intraoperative bleeding,and enhances overall treatment efficacy.
