Study on the minimum loss control strategy of asynchronous motor for electric vehicle
To improve the range of electric vehicles, this paper presents an energy-saving control strategy incorporating iron loss resistance parameter identification.Based on the working mechanism of vehicle asynchronous motors, the loss under different conditions was analyzed, and the loss resistance was identified online.A circuit model considering iron loss was built to derive the minimum controll current for asynchronous motor loss based on the online identification and the consideration of iron loss, realizing the energy-saving control.A system simulation model and test experiment platform were built, and simulation experiments and performance testing experiments on asynchronous motors for vehicles under multiple operating conditions were conducted. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively identify iron loss resistance, improve the efficiency of asynchronous motors, and enhance the range per charge. This strategy has certain practical value in engineering practice.
