为了获得柚皮苷提取工艺优化参数及找到可靠的贮藏条件,以新鲜沙田柚皮为原料,通过对超声辅助提取柚皮苷的影响因素进行分析,在单因素试验基础上,进行响应面试验优化,并探究贮藏条件对柚皮苷稳定性的影响.结果表明,柚皮苷最佳提取条件如下:液料比为20∶1(mL∶g),超声提取时间为 42 min,乙醇体积百分比为 65%.在此条件下,柚皮苷得率为(9.96±0.14)%.为减少贮藏过程中柚皮苷损耗,不宜采用干燥条件,而应在-18℃条件下冻藏,但时间应以不超过6 个月为宜.
Extraction process optimization and storage conditions of naringin in pomelo peel
In order to obtain the optimized parameters for the naringin extraction process and reliable storage conditions,fresh Shatian pomelo peel was used as raw material to analyze the influencing factors of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of naringin.On the basis of single factor experiment,the response surface experiment was optimized,and the effects of storage conditions on the stability of naringin were investigated.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions of naringin are as follows:liquid-solid ratio of 20∶1(mL∶g),ultrasonic extraction time of 42 min,and ethanol volume percentage of 65% .Under these conditions,the yield of naringin is(9.96±0.14)% .In order to reduce the loss of naringin during storage,it is not suitable to be under dry conditions,but frozen at-18℃ within 6 months.
