Analysis of research status and hotspots of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy based on knowledge map
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)both domestically and internationally. Methods CiteSpace software was applied to analyze the publication years, authors, institutions, and keywords of the literature on HIE globally. Results A total of,1 630 Chinese articles and 3 143 English articles were obtained from the CNKI and Web of Science database. The number of the published articles in China peaked 2004 before fluctuating and decreasing. The most productive writer was Han Yukun, and the earliest publisher was Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. There was no cooperative relationship between the institutions.High-frequency keywords include"newborn""HIE""cerebral ischemia""hyperbaric oxygen",etc. In terms of the articles in English,Seetha Shankaran and Johns Hopkins University were both the most fruitful ones in this field, and institutions cooperate to a certain extent abroad. The volume of the English articles increased from 2000 to 2020,with high-frequency keywords such as"HIE""brain injury""newborn""perinatal asphyxia""hypothermia".Conclusion Studies on HIE at home and abroad mainly focus on etiology, auxiliary examination, treatment, and prognosis.Although the focus is different,"mild hypothermia"and"hyperbaric medicine"are common hotspots.Domestic institutions and researchers should strengthen cooperation, enhance focus, broaden the scope and depth of research.
