自噬是细胞对细胞质蛋白和细胞器进行降解和再利用的过程,在乳腺癌的发生和发展中发挥着重要的调控作用.一方面,自噬能够提供生存优势,促进肿瘤细胞生长和存活,并在应激和营养不足状态下维持细胞的稳态.另一方面,自噬还参与了乳腺癌的侵袭、转移以及耐药性等关键过程.继续深入研究自噬的作用机制和相关信号通路,有望为乳腺癌的治疗策略和预后评估提供重要的科学依据,并为乳腺癌患者的治疗和预后带来新的突破和进展.本研究就自噬相关信号通路及调控因素在乳腺癌中作用的研究进展展开综述.
Research progress of autophagy related signaling pathway and regulatory factors in breast cancer
Autophagy is a process in which cells degrade and reuse cytoplasmic proteins and organelles,and plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.On one hand,autophagy can provide survival advantages,promote tumor cell growth and survival,and maintain cell homeostasis under stress and malnutrition.On the other hand,autophagy is also involved in the invasion,metastasis and drug resistance in breast cancer.Continuing to study the mechanism of autophagy and related signaling pathways is expected to providean important scientific basis for the treatment strategy and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer,and bring new breakthroughs and progress for the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer patients.This article reviews the role of autophagy related signaling pathway and regulatory factors in breast cancer.
