Nursing experience of a case of acute myeloid leukemia with subcutaneous tissue necrosis caused by extravasation of Aidi injection
The timely and correct management of drug extravasation during infusion for cancer patients is of great significance for their prognosis.This article summarizes a case of patient with acute myeloid leukemia who experienced drug extravasation through peripheral infusion of Aidi injection,leading to skin necrosis.Through symptomatic treatment and specialized nursing,the patient was discharged after wound healing.
