Temperature test analysis of C80 steel fiber concrete arch ring
In order to study the hydration heat process of C80 steel fiber concrete and the temperature field distribution under the effect of sunlight,the arch rib of mountainous arch bridge was taken as the research object,the casting process of section 1#of arch ring in summer and winter as well as the section temperature after casting were continuously monitored,and the temperature field evolution characteristics of arch ring section during the hydration heat process and under the effect of sunlight were analyzed.The experimental results show that the concrete arch ring heats up rapidly in the early stage of casting,with the maximum peak temperature of 44.8℃in winter and 59.2℃in summer.The maximum temperature difference reaches 7.4℃at the measured points in the direction of the slab thickness of arch ring section.After the demoulding of arch ring,the temperature of concrete on the outside of box shows periodic fluctuations with the change of external environment,and the peak temperature difference between the top and bottom slabs reaches 5.6℃at the same moment.
