电动汽车用集中驱动电机技术发展综述

近年来环境保护、能源危机和温室效应等问题促使电动汽车行业迅猛发展.电机作为电动汽车的关键部件,其性能直接影响电动汽车的电驱系统.随着电驱系统永磁化、高速化、集成化的不断发展,驱动电机在结构设计、冷却散热等方面面临诸多挑战.梳理了目前车用驱动电机类型、典型拓扑结构及其应用案例并分析了各自优缺点.综述了驱动电机热分析和冷却结构设计的研究现状,总结了驱动电机所亟须解决的技术问题,并展望了未来发展方向,可为电动汽车用驱动电机的理论研究和工程应用提供一定参考.
Review on technology development of centralized driving motors used for electric vehicles
In recent years,problems such as environmental protection,energy crises and greenhouse effect have urged the rapid development of electric vehicles(EVs).As a key component of EVs,the motor directly affects the performance of electric driving system of EVs.With the continuous development of electric driving system towards to the direction of permanent magnetization,high speed and integration,the driving motor faces many challenges in such aspects as structure design,cooling and heat dissipation.The types,typical topological structures and application cases of current driving motors are summarized,and the coresponding advantages and disadvantages of different driving motors are analyzed.In addition,this paper reviews the research status of driving motors from the aspects of thermal analysis and cooling structure design,the technical problems of driving motors that need to be solved are summerized,and the future development direction is pointed out.This paper can provide certain references for the theoretical research and engineering applications of driving motors used for EVs.
