智能建造技术的研究与应用展望

在工业4.0 背景下,建筑业进入数字化、智能化、信息化和工业化发展时代.智能建造技术的研究与应用是推动传统建筑业转型升级的重要支撑,然而智能建造技术存在建筑全生命周期发展过程中协同性不足、评价标准体系和数据管理制度缺乏、智能建造模式不兼容及初始投入成本高等问题,因而限制了建筑业在新时代的高质量发展.总结了智能建造技术的内核特征,并分别综述了BIM技术、AR/VR技术、区块链、建筑3D打印、建筑机器人、物联网、大数据和人工智能等相关领域新兴技术的发展及其在土木工程领域的应用.为推动智能建造技术更广泛的应用,提出建立统一的智能建造评价体系、提升数据安全、节约成本和加强多学科交叉应用等方面的建议,思考并回答了土木工程学科的未来发展问题,指出智能建造技术是土木工程行业的新质生产力.
Research and application prospect of intelligent construction technology
In the context of Industry 4.0,the building industry has entered the era of digitalization,intelligence,informatization and industrialization development.The research and application of intelligent construction technology are important support for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional building industry.However,intelligent construction technology suffers from insufficient synergy in the development process of the whole life cycle of buildings,lack of systematic evaluation criteria and data management systems with intelligent construction models,and high initial investment costs,therefore limiting the quality development of construction industry in the new era.This paper firstly summarizes the kernel characteristics of intelligent construction technology,then the development of emerging technologies in related fields,such as BIM technology,AR/VR technology,blockchain,architectural 3D printing,construction robotics,Internet of Things(IoT),big data and artificial intelligence,and their applications in the field of civil engineering are summarized,respectively.To promote the wider application of intelligent construction technology,proposals are made to establish a unified intelligent construction evaluation system,improve data security,save costs and strengthen multi-disciplinary cross-application.Finally,the future development of the civil engineering discipline is analyzed and outlooked,suggesting that intelligent construction technology is the new productive force of the civil engineering industry.
